Frames handcrafted with 100% wood profiles and made in the USA. Acid-free, archival 4-ply matting and backing preserves your artwork for the long haul. Premium, framers grade Acrylite® plexi chosen for its strength and clarity. Each photo is giclée printed using archival, pigment inks guaranteed not to fade for a century.

Shipping

Each framed photo is handcrafted to order and shipped to your door. We'll include everything required for hanging, all you need is a hammer. Current Production Times: Expect art work to be printed and framed within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times within the continental U.S. typically range from 1 to 5 days, depending on your location. Orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may take up to two weeks in transit. If you have a specific deadline, please reach out to us on our Contact Us page. We will do our best to meet your needs or inform you if we anticipate any delays. Frames are securely packaged for protection and are shipped from our framing facilities in New York or Oregon via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please note, only small sized frames can be shipped directly to a PO box. Checking Your Order Status: you can track your order through the Shop App, or by using the link in your order confirmation email (check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox). Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations

Our aim is to support you with your current and future printing or framing projects. Should your print or frame arrive with defects, or if you're not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will strive to resolve the issue promptly. Should any product arrive with visible craftsmanship defects, or if a frame does not match the specifications you provided when ordering, we will either replace the product entirely or offer a refund, provided you report the issue within 60 days of receipt. You can cancel an order if you notify us before the products go into production (typically within 48 hours). However, if production has started or the order is complete, cancellations will incur a 30% fee. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that arrive as ordered and free from visible defects.
